From being a group exercise instructor teaching Aerobics, Body Conditioning, Circuits, Pump, Spin and Step, I then qualified as a personal trainer working one on one with clients to achieve their individual goals. My specialities are weight loss and pre and post natal care.
I run nutrition and weight management courses, working with groups and individuals helping them to lose body fat and weight so that they can feel more comfortable in their body’s again. This is done by establishing healthy eating habits and a regular exercise regime.
I work with pregnant clients to keep them fit and healthy during their pregnancy and also with post natal clients helping them regain their pre-pregnancy fitness and shape. This is an area that I can identify with as I have a 2 year old and another child on the way.
I still teach group exercise classes as it was my love of classes that got me into the industry, plus my class members keep me on my toes.
