BODY CONDITIONING CLASS
LOCATION: Youth Centre in Morne Rouge, St George, Grenada
TIME: 5 – 6 PM
A toning class suitable for all levels. An aerobic warm up is followed by a combination of standing and floor exercises, for the upper and lower body. It is guranteed to hit those problem areas, increase muscle tone, strength and endurance.
Please bring a mat and some weights (optional)

A workout that is relaxing but at the same time challenging. Works every part of your body and weight is lost while body is toned at the same time. My favourite instructor because she motivates you to push yourself and classes are not monotonous. Definitely worth the 45 minutes.
At first I lost some weight, but its inches I’m losing now. The intense toning class have this body looking better with each passing month, for at this point we should all know that toning is important to weight loss. It’s a great work out, you get a good sweat and your muscles thank you after. I’m glad to say I am well on target with my goals of having a healthy body.
