Nutrition and Weight Management Course
Are you uncomfortable with your weight and have all but given up, on finding a way to lose the weight and the fat. Then the Nutrition and Weight Management Course is for you. Togeher we will work on a nutrition and fitness strategy to help you to lose the weight, regain your confidence and keep the weight off.
It is an 10 week course*, initially your weight and body measurements are recorded and your current eating habits are looked at, then you are introduced to ways to improve on your diet. In addition to this advice will be given on how you can incorporate fitness into your schedule with group training.
This will all be done in a series of weekly meetings lasting 1 hour with telephone and email support and a different topic is covered each week including:
• Why we put on weight
• What foods to eat
• Portion sizes
• What foods to avoid
• How to exercise in the most effective way to burn more calories and fat during and after training
• How to eat to banish fatigue
• Meal Ideas
• How to enjoy the occasional indulgence without it affecting your weekly target
Each week you will need to keep a food and an activity diary and you will be weighed. All I need from you is commitment for 10 weeks.
*As I understand that most people lead busy lives and may not be able to get to my location, this course is also available in an online format.
