A Raw Food Delight

Two weeks ago I attended a Raw Food Workshop run by Anita McKenzie. She is a holistic raw and living food life style coach and interfaith minister, plus she is very passionate about eating raw food. She has been raw for 5 years, it has helped her to overcome chronic hypertension, provides her with boundless amounts of energy and helps her maintain a healthy weight. The menu for the workshop was the same one that, Anita designed for the popular female British comedian Gina Yashere, which was featured in last years Channel 4 Come Dine With Me Christmas Special.
