Most of you know that I’m a supporter of continuing to exercise where possible during pregnancy, it is something I did myself helped by the fact that I teach but also the great love I have of keeping fit. As your pregnancy progresses it may become a bit more challenging but stick at it and you’ll increase your chances of having a more comfortable pregnancy.
Some people feel that pregnancy is a time to refrain from exercising but this couldn’t be further from the truth. If you have no prior contraindications and you are a regular exerciser then you can continue.
Those with prior contraindications or new to exercise, should seek the advice of their medical practitioner before commencing any new exercise program.
