First Trimester Pregnancy Fitness

Some people feel that pregnancy is a time to refrain from exercising but this couldn’t be further from the truth. If you have no prior contraindications and you are a regular exerciser then you can continue.
Those with prior contraindications or new to exercise, should seek the advice of their medical practitioner before commencing any new exercise program.
