Firstly I hope you all had a lovely Easter with your family’s celebrating the resurrection of the Lord in the knowledge that through Jesus we have been saved from sin.
This week in the UK is Depression Awareness week. It’s a time to raise the profile of depression, help to eliminate some of the stigma attached to depression and provide information on the support and help available.

I’m totally addicted to the internet. I can’t remember a time not using it and I don’t quite know how I would cope, if I was not able to have access to it for an undefined time, scary thought!
Its Saturday the working week is over for some and relaxation mode has kicked in but let’s try and keep the fitness momentum going remember it’s a lifestyle not a phase.
