Some weeks ago Jill Coleman was the expert speaker on fat loss, I’ve been a fan of Jill since being introduced to metabolic effect by Lincoln Bryden, head to her web site to know why and you can also catch her on Twitter. Help to eliminate stress by :
Removing from the diet, stimulants like coffee, sugar, tea and alcohol and any food your body is intolerant to e.g. diary and yeast products e.t.c.
Drink large volumes of water in small doses regularly to flush the kidneys, helping to remove toxins from the bloodstream.
Eat a healthy balanced diet, eliminating refined foods and saturated fat.
